Guru Purnima Sound Journey
Join us at the Catacombs of Neto in Milwaukee's Third Ward for a morning of sound and community. We'll be dedicating this sound bath to our teachers in honor of a special full moon. Guru Purnima is a traditional celebration to honor spiritual and academic teachers who guide us on our path of growth and wisdom.

Join me for a 90 minute sound and Reiki journey in a small group setting at a private residence. We'll explore the elemental properties of fire (agni) and attune to the planetary and elemental energy of transformation through sound healing, guided meditation, low impact yoga, and gentle Reiki. This intimate experience offers deep restoration and alignment with the seasonal energies that invite expansion and flow. This experience is beginner friendly. Note: This will be a gong-heavy experience.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese energy healing technique that promotes balance, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing. As universal life force energy flows through the practitioner's hands, it activates the body's natural healing abilities, dissolving energetic blockages and restoring harmony.
During a Reiki session, you'll remain fully clothed while lying comfortably on a treatment table as I place my hands lightly on or just above specific energy centers. Many clients experience sensations of warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or renewed clarity. Regular sessions can support physical healing, emotional release, spiritual growth, and stress management.
My Reiki practice combines traditional Usui lineage techniques with Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki, offering a comprehensive approach to energy healing that addresses both acute concerns and long-term wellbeing.
Sound
Sound healing harnesses the vibrational frequencies of instruments to create a deeply immersive experience that relaxes the nervous system, releases tension, and facilitates healing on multiple levels. As sound waves move through the body, they help synchronize brainwaves, reduce stress hormones, and create profound states of relaxation.
My sound healing sessions feature an array of therapeutic instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. Each instrument produces specific frequencies that resonate with different energy centers and systems within the body. The resulting sound bath creates a cocoon of vibration that supports meditation, emotional release, physical relaxation, and energetic clearing.
Whether experienced in a group setting or as part of an individual Reiki session, sound healing offers a doorway to deep meditative states that might otherwise take years of practice to achieve.
Jyotish
Jyotish, the ancient Vedic system of astrology, offers profound insights into your life's purpose, challenges, and opportunities through the precise mapping of celestial movements at your birth. Having studied with a traditional lineage since 2017, including intensive training in Jaimini astrology, I bring both academic rigor and intuitive understanding to chart readings.
Unlike Western astrology, Jyotish uses the sidereal zodiac and employs a complex system of planetary periods (dashas) to time important life events. A chart reading can illuminate career directions, relationship patterns, spiritual inclinations, and timing for significant transitions.
My approach honors this sacred tradition while making its wisdom accessible and practical. Each reading combines technical analysis with compassionate guidance, emphasizing your free will while acknowledging karmic patterns.

Meet Mary Frances
I've walked a path that bridges multiple worlds—spiritual practice, technology leadership, and healing arts—approaching each as interconnected systems that influence one another.
My healing journey began in 2011 with yoga teacher training, eventually leading to comprehensive Reiki certifications, including Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master level. For the past five years, I've dedicated myself to studying Vedic astrology through a traditional lineage, meeting biweekly with a guru and even traveling to India to deepen my practice.
As a systems thinker, I see how energy, information, and intention create patterns that shape our experiences. This perspective informs both my spiritual practice and my 15+ years in technology, where I've led digital transformation initiatives and managed product development for wellness platforms serving millions of users. My training as a certified peer support specialist for the state of Wisconsin further enriches my understanding of human systems and how to support them during transformation.
What makes my approach unique is this integration of systems thinking across different domains. I understand both the analytical frameworks that drive change and the subtle energetic dimensions that often go unaddressed in traditional settings.
My intention is simple: to meet you where you are and support your evolution toward becoming your most fulfilled self. Whether through sound healing, Reiki, astrological guidance, or business support, my work creates a container for authentic transformation that honors both ancient wisdom and modern understanding.
